The Eanes ISD board of trustees is scheduled to meet Sept. 22 for the first in-person board meeting since March, when trustees met to discuss the coronavirus.

The meeting location has been temporarily moved from the S. Don Rogers Administration Building at 601 Camp Craft Road to Westlake High School’s Chap Court at 4100 Westbank Drive, Austin.

Community members will still have virtual access to the meeting and are permitted to submit open-forum comments either online or in-person.

To allow for social distancing measures, the meeting attendance capacity will be limited to 30 and offered on a first-come, first-served basis, according to the meeting’s agenda. Attendees must comply with all safety standards, including the use of face coverings at all times.

Per the agenda, officials will discuss enrollment and class size updates, bond projects, legislative priorities and ongoing operational plans during the pandemic.

The meeting’s full agenda and virtual access information can be found online.
