People may still attend the March 24 Bee Cave City Council meeting in person, but for those who do not want to risk going out in public in light of the escalating coronavirus crisis, officials are also offering an option to listen in remotely.

Information from the city of Bee Cave states attendees wishing to speak at the meeting during citizen comments or during discussion of an agenda item will have to attend in person, and officials will be following all recommended social distancing guidelines as ordered by local, county, state and federal authorities. City Hall has been thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, according to the Bee Cave website.

Those who prefer to attend via phone call may do the following at 6 p.m. central standard time:





  • Dial 877-853-5247.




  • When prompted, enter the meeting ID number: 569 740 263 by pressing the numbers on your phone.




  • If you are prompted to enter a participant ID, just press #.




  • You will be admitted to the meeting in listen-only mode.





Information from the city states that for future meetings requiring social distancing, city staff are working to provide video streaming and remote citizen participation options.
