3. Lakeway City Council considers sports complex agreement, ethics ordinance today

Lakeway City Council will consider an amendment “prohibiting misrepresentations of identity by city officials” at their meeting this week, according to the meeting agenda. In June, Lakeway’s Board of Ethics approved recommending to the City Council four ordinance amendments that would make recent admitted actions by Mayor Joe Bain a violation of the city code.
