Local entrepreneurs Malinee Kruasing and Jon Graham opened a franchise location of Graze Craze on July 1 in the Lakeway Town Center, 2127 Lohman’s Crossing Road, Ste. 304, Austin, at the former Austin Gourmet Popcorn site. There will be a grand opening Aug. 30.

The business sells handcrafted charcuterie boards with fresh fruit and vegetables, gourmet meats and cheeses, and other items for casual and formal events. The grazing boards can also be crafted to cater to different health or lifestyle needs.
