Festival attendees will not be able to park in neighborhoods surrounding San Gabriel Park. Residents may call police dispatch at 512-930-3510 to report issues about noise, parking, traffic or other issues related to the festival.

“We're going to set up a hotline for residents in that area, and we will staff that at the command center with park staff, so we can respond to those individual complaints [and] problems directly,” Garrett said.
