Median home sales prices rose year over year in all three Georgetown-area ZIP codes in December, according to data from Unlock MLS.

ZIP code 78628 saw the smallest increase at just 0.73%, while median sales prices were up 17.93% this November compared to last November in ZIP code 78633.


Of the 206 homes that sold across the three ZIP codes in November, more than half of them—or 117—sold for between $300,000-$499,999.

However, homes sold in each of the following price ranges:


Only ZIP code 78633 had more homes sell this November compared to last November.


ZIP codes 78626 and 78628 saw about 36% and 29% declines year over year, respectively.


It took homes two months, on average, to sell in ZIP code 78626, and three months, on average, in ZIP codes 78628 and 78633.

This represented a year-over-year decline for the average number of days on the market in ZIP code 78626 and increases in 78628 and 78633.
