Homebuyers in Georgetown are continuing to find a large number of homes in the $300,000 to $499,000 price range, according to data from the Austin Board of Realtors. In July, 138 homes were sold within this range, along with:

• 88 homes sold for over $500,000
• Six homes sold for less than $299,999

Overall, median home prices across all three Georgetown ZIP codes were an average of $38,600 less this July compared to July 2022.

Compared to last July, however, some homes are staying on the market on average upwards of five times as many days.

ABoR data also shows that there were fewer homes sold this July overall compared to July last year. Only one Georgetown ZIP code saw an increase in home sales, with eight more homes sold.
