KB Home announces grand opening of Valley View neighborhood in Georgetown

KB Home announced July 29 the grand opening of Valley View, a new single-family home community in Georgetown.

“Valley View’s convenient location provides easy access to IH-35, Highway 29 and Highway 130 for a quick commute to Georgetown and Austin-area employers,” said Ken Langston, the president of KB Home’s Austin division, in a news release. “The new community is also close to a variety of outdoor activities including boating, fishing and walking trails at San Gabriel Park, Blue Hole Park, Lake Georgetown, and Inner Space Cavern. As with other KB Home communities, Valley View provides home shoppers the opportunity to purchase a new, personalized KB home at a price that fits their budget.”


The 90 single-family homes across 19 acres at Valley View include gourmet kitchens overlooking expansive rooms, master suites with walk-in closets and spacious home offices, the release said. The community’s one- and two-story floor plans feature up to five bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths and range in size from approximately 1,300-2,800 square feet.
