Texas country singer-songwriter Cory Morrow will perform as the Red Poppy Festival's headlining act April 26, according to a Feb. 14 news release from the city of Georgetown.

He will take the stage from 8:30-10 p.m. following rising country music artist Mackenzie Carpenter, who will open the show starting at 7 p.m.

The Saturday concert is just one aspect of Georgetown's Red Poppy Festival, which is celebrating its 26th year. From April 25-27, the Georgetown square will be filled with live music, entertainment, family-friendly activities, food and more than 100 artisan vendors.

According to the release other festival events include:
  • A concert featuring show band Dysfunkshun Junkshun, evening of April 25
  • The Red Poppy Parade, 10 a.m. April 26
  • A car show, 11 a.m. April 26
  • The Red Poppy Pet Parade, 11 a.m. April 27

The 2025 Red Poppy Festival poster, which includes work from Georgetown-based artist Melissa Scott, will be on sale for $5 at the Visitors Center starting April 1.
