Small Works Exhibit
The Georgetown Arts Center will open its newest exhibit featuring miniature artwork from local and regional artists. All pieces are 12 inches or smaller in any dimension, and attendees are encouraged to inspect and appreciate the intricate details up close.

Residents can welcome the holiday season with the annual tradition of lighting up Downtown Georgetown accompanied by Christmas carolers. Photos with Santa Claus will be available inside the courthouse in exchange for an unwrapped toy or monetary donation benefitting the Brown Santa program. Lights will be turned on every evening until Jan. 1.

Families can join in on the Christmas fun by participating in breakfast and photos with Santa Claus, candy cane hunts and Cookie Palooza, where customers can pay by the pound for over 24 varieties of homemade cookies. There will be over 30 holiday activities to take part in.

The play features the story of Styckes-Upon-Thump Repertory Theatre Company and how it overcomes the twists and turns that surface throughout the traveling act. Attendees can anticipate actors playing multiple roles, an ill-prepared understudy and a battle for a role mid-show.

Residents can celebrate the holiday season by attending a performance of Christmas music featuring brass and harp. The San Gabriel Chorale will perform Christmas Cantata, O Magnum Mysterium, Maria Walks Amid the Thorn and A Ceremony of Carols conducted by Dr. Bruce Cain.

Root to Rise Plant Co. will host the annual holiday event where attendees can pot their own Norfolk Island Pine while enjoying a complimentary beer. Participants can personalize their pots with a painted design and will be supplied with Christmas decorations for their tree.
