Bobby Hulme-Lippert book signing
The author will celebrate his new book, “Small Stories About Big Things.” The book focuses on themes of calling, leadership, grace and belonging. The book will be available at the event and Hulme-Lippert will sign copies following his discussion with author Justin Foster.

The event will feature 10 shooting stations with a 60-shot clay shoot. There will be a variety of games to play for prizes, live music and a silent auction. All proceeds from the event will go toward Sam’s Adventure Camp, an intense therapy program that benefits children with developmental disabilities. Admission includes lunch, ammunition, and eye and ear protection.

Fiesta Georgetown

Presented by Kelly’s Kids and The Clayman Roping School, the rodeo has awarded over $440,000 in cash and prizes for its youth rodeo contestants throughout the past 30 years. The event will feature team roping, pole bending, barrel racing and a concession stand.

Williamson County and Waste Management are hosting the volunteer-led event to reduce household waste for Williamson County residents. Accepted items include acids, aluminum, batteries, cleaning products, lighter fluid and more. Attendees are instructed to bring products in their original containers, if possible, and only go through the drop-off line once. There will be a limit of five containers per car and baskets used to transport products will not be returned to residents.

The volunteer-run organization is hosting its first festival, which will have live entertainment, food trucks, DJ sets and more. PFLAG Georgetown President Jo Ivester founded Georgetown Pride in 2023.

Hosted by the city of Georgetown’s Arts and Culture Program, the event invites participants to interact with art-based businesses, and arts and culture facilities in the Downtown Georgetown Cultural District. The event will feature artist demonstrations, performances, live music, a film screening, and complimentary food and drinks for Art Stroll participants. Attendees will be given printed maps for their self-guided stroll at one of the event’s three check-in locations.

Faith in Action Georgetown, an organization that offers services to seniors, such as transportation programs, is hosting its annual concert. Various community groups will be in attendance, including First Baptist Georgetown, the Georgetown Police Department and the Georgetown Fire Department.

The city of Georgetown is hosting the third annual festival with artist booths, chalk art, food trucks, dance performances, live music, interactive drumming and printmaking. Attendees will have the opportunity to vote for their favorite chalk art and the winner will be announced at the end of the event. Featured food vendors include El Hombre Tacos and Crepe Crazy. The Suffers will headline the live music part of the festival.
