The Field of Honor

A Veteran’s Day ceremony will take place at 11 a.m. on Nov. 11 in San Gabriel Park at the annual Field of Honor.

Among 1,500 American flags, the ceremony will honor those who returned home from war and those who did not, according to the website. A bell will be rung at 11:11 to commemorate the observance of the signed armistice following the end of World War I, and to honor those who have served in the United States Armed Forces.

Experience a flyover from the Falcon Flight Team during the ceremony and explore the traveling Vietnam Wall that lines the perimeter of the field. This event is free and open to the public.
