Of the registered voters in Williamson County, 7.02% voted early in the May 7 election, which includes dozens of city council and school board contests as well as local and statewide propositions.

During the early-voting period, which ran from April 25-May 3, a total of 28,327 residents cast ballots—including 24,378 in-person ballots, 3,884 main-in ballots, and 65 limited or provisional ballots.



Of the 19 early-voting locations, the Cowan Creek Amenity Center had the highest number of early voters with 3,209.



Neighboring Travis County recorded a 6.75% early-voting turnout rate.

Election day information


On election day May 7, Williamson County voters will be able to vote at any of the 27 polling places located throughout the county. Polls will be open from 7 a.m.-7 p.m.
