Incumbent and Republican Precinct 1 Constable Vinnie Cherrone lost to his opponent Mickey Chance, according to unofficial results.

With all polling locations reporting, Chance took 56.8% of the vote while Cherrone took 43.2%.

In Precinct 2, Republic candidate Jeff Anderson won with 52.41% of the votes. His opponent Robert Tijerina took 47.59% of the vote. And in Precinct 4, Republican candidate Paul Leal narrowly won with 50.9% of the votes versus his opponent Perry Travis who has 49.1% of the vote.

Results are updated as of 12:01 a.m., and are unofficial until they are canvassed and certified by the county clerk. Under Texas Election law, the clerk accepts and counts mail-in ballots postmarked by Election Day and received by Nov. 4, if they were sent from inside the U.S., or Nov. 9, if they were sent from outside the U.S.
