Georgetown ISD announced its graduation ceremonies for the class of 2022 will take place May 26-28.

Ceremonies for the district's three high schools will be held at two GISD facilities:
  • Richarte High School: 7 p.m. May 26 at Klett Performing Arts Center, 2211 N. Austin Ave., Georgetown
  • East View High School: 8 p.m. May 27 at Birkelbach Field, 2275 N. Austin Ave., Georgetown
  • Georgetown High School: 8 p.m. May 28 at Birkelbach Field
Those interested in attending the ceremonies do not need tickets. The rain date for inclement weather will be the following day at 8 a.m.

The district will also hold a graduation ceremony May 19 at 5 p.m. for Bridges, the district's transitional program for students ages 18 and up, at the Hammerlun Center for Leadership and Learning.

The senior community parade also returns this year and will take place in downtown Georgetown on May 21 from 9-11 a.m. Seniors will parade throughout downtown, first heading south from Georgetown High School on Austin Avenue, around the Courthouse Square, north on Main Street and concluding at Second Street.
