Perfect Pair Sips & Boards is serving infusion boards from around the world to Georgetown residents at The Summit at Rivery.

Unlike typical charcuterie boards, the infusion boards highlight flavors from various regions, including Italian, Mediterranean, Spanish and Mexican boards. One of the business’s most popular boards so far is “Big Texas,” featuring a tomahawk steak, cornbread, roasted broccolini and mushrooms, jalapeno mac and cheese, quail, and smoked sausage, co-owner Kristin Gunter said.

The wine and mixology bar lounge pairs its boards with cocktails, beer and wine. Happy hour is from 4-6 p.m. each day with a reverse happy hour offered from 9-11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. Perfect Pair Sips & Boards serves brunch on Sunday from 10 a.m.-2 p.m., including brunch boards, and mimosa and bloody mary flights.
