The restaurant will serve a variety of Italian staples, including pasta and pizza, as well as entrees such as wild boar ravioli, slow-braised lamb ragu and double bone-in pork chop. Juliet also serves wine pairings and cocktails.
The Georgetown location will be in the old Masonic Lodge building at the corner of South Main Street and Seventh Street, which was previously occupied by Gumbo's North on the Square. It will seat 188 diners, and have an upstairs bar and patio overlooking the Square.
Juliet's other locations are on Barton Springs Road and in the Arboretum.
