Wolf Ranch is a master-planned community with Hill Country views and hundreds of homes in west Georgetown off Hwy. 29.

The community has two developed neighborhoods—Hilltop and South Fork—and will soon be expanding with West Bend, its third and final neighborhood development.

Homebuilder Coventry Homes will have over 100 homesites for sale in the new neighborhood, and still has a few homes for sale in South Fork, said Daniel Andrus, a Coventry Homes representative.

In a nutshell

Out of 84 Coventry Homes in the South Fork neighborhood, five garden homes remain for sale, Andrus said. The homes are known for their “lock and leave” lifestyle, meaning lawn maintenance is provided by the homeowner’s association, according to Coventry Homes’ website.

“There's no yard maintenance required as the homeowner,” Andrus said. “The HOA cuts the grass—front side and rear lawns—of everybody, 42 times a year.”

Out of the five garden lots for sale, two homes are finished while three are nearing the end of construction, Andrus said during a March 4 phone interview. The homes start at $479,000, and all five lots have views of a greenbelt.

A closer look

The West Bend neighborhood will be built on 325 acres and have 671 homesites, according to previous Community Impact reporting.

Andrus said 146 of those homesites will be Coventry Homes, which will start at $484,000.

Residents can embark on 17 miles of hike and bike trails throughout the entire Wolf Ranch community and enjoy two amenity centers located in the Hilltop and South Fork neighborhoods.

Andrus said West Bend will bring a third amenity site to the area, which will include:
  • A 15-acre park with a soccer field
  • A cricket field
  • A mountain bike course connecting to South Fork’s amenity center underneath Southwest Bypass
“There really is little to no need for a homeowner to have to venture far from Wolf Ranch to enjoy their downtime and or family needs,” Andrus said in an email.

Students living in Wolf Ranch are zoned for Wolf Ranch Elementary School, Tippit Middle School and East View High School, according to Georgetown ISD’s website.

A long time coming

Wolf Ranch started development in November 2015 and will reach a full build-out by the end of 2028, according to previous Community Impact reporting.

Crews with Hillwood Communities, a residential real estate developer, broke ground on West Bend in January 2024, an official said in an email. Homes will range from the mid-$400,000s to over $1 million.
