Richmond American Homes is building a series of single-family residences at Highland Village, an under-construction neighborhood in northern Georgetown.

The homebuilder has 24 homes available for purchase in its portion of the neighborhood, which is called Seasons at Highland Village.

Once fully built out, the development will consist of 94 lots of single-story and two-story family homes, according to company officials.

The details

Located at 204 Alistair Drive, Georgetown, the development offers homes ranging from 1,560-2,960 square feet, with prices starting in the mid-$300,000s to mid-$500,000s.

Each home will include:
  • Luxury vinyl plank flooring
  • 9-foot-tall ceilings and 8-foot-tall doors
  • Quartz countertops in the kitchen
  • Double sliding glass doors
  • A covered patio
  • Gutters
  • Sprinkler systems in both back and front yards
Additionally, some homes in the community will include soaker tubs, company officials said. Community amenities include a playground with a basketball court and walking trails.

The new community is part of the Highland Village master plan and is in close proximity to Lake Georgetown, the San Gabriel River and Blue Hole Park. Other homebuilders in Highland Village include Pulte Homes, Sitterle Homes and Coventry Homes.

What’s next

Construction on the 24 speculative homes is estimated to be completed between late September and late October, company officials said.
