What they’re saying

According to Chelsea Timmons, vice president of community experience at Tri Pointe Homes, the neighborhood will be a “boutique community,” meaning with its smaller scale, there won’t be some of the standard amenities typically seen in master-planned communities, such as a pool or a park.

“It has more of what we like to call ‘natural amenities,’” Timmons said. “The community has a trail system that connects down to the San Gabriel River that has a beautiful tree-lined walking path.”

Timmons also added that the community’s location is one of its major selling points.

“It’s the western-most community in Georgetown, so what that gives our buyers is the opportunity to still live in Georgetown but to also have the area conveniences of not being very far from their family and friends who are in Leander or Liberty Hill,” Timmons said. “It really puts them at this prime point right in between the Ronald Reagan [Boulevard] Corridor and I-35.”
