The festival was initially planned for April but was postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic. It was rescheduled the first time to mid-June but now will be held July 23-25, it said.
Festivalgoers will be able to watch the festival's official film selections through an online link, which will include the categories of narrative feature and short films, documentary, student, Texas made film and mobile, the release said. The festival features national and international films, it said.
Online versions of the Q&A's and panels are also in the works, it said.
