Williamson County and Cities Health District confirmed two new cases of the coronavirus April 21, bringing the county total to 158.

On April 20, the county confirmed one additional case in its daily reports, and a fifth death was confirmed after the report was released. The fifth death appears in the April 21 report and was a man in his 30s.

So far, 101 patients have recovered, a district report said. The current rate of recovery is 64%, the report stated.

Here is an update on the cities of residence where confirmed cases are located, according to the Williamson County and Cities Health District.

Williamson County Judge Bill Gravell said the county is not legally able to release the specific counts in cities with fewer than 20,000 residents.
