1. Enjoy a free workout with Fit4Mom


Fit4Mom will host its grand opening Friday with a free class and giveaways. Fit4Mom offers fitness programs for moms and their babies using strollers, tubing and the environment. 2. Southwestern University Men’s Soccer kicks off season

3. Music on the Square returns for final show of season


Music on the Square Summer Concert Series bid farewell for the season with the country group. The music series offer free live music most Friday nights from June through August. Attendees are invited to bring blankets, chairs and snacks, or are welcome to buy food at one of the many restaurants on the square. 6:30 p.m. Free. 4. Pirate Football season begins
