Touchmark, a senior living facility owner and operator, acquired The Hacienda at Georgetown on Dec. 17. The facility is now known as Touchmark at Georgetown, but will retain its staff and executive director Annika DiNovi.

The details

Touchmark at Georgetown is located near Sun City in northwest Georgetown, and is a full-service active adult community. The facility will adopt Touchmark's wellness and lifestyle programs as well as expanded training for current team members, according to a Dec. 18 news release.

"Touchmark will work closely with residents, families, and team members to ensure a seamless transition and thoughtfully enhanced offerings across the campus," the news release states.

The Touchmark parent company is more than 45 years old and operates 15 retirement communities across the country and Canada, including independent living, assisted living and memory care facilities.

“Touchmark at Georgetown is well positioned to serve active adults who want to remain close to the area they love while gaining access to a full continuum of care, exceptional hospitality, and lifestyle support and enrichment," Touchmark CEO Marcus Breuer said in the release.
