Frontier Infusion Center is now projecting to open in South Georgetown early next year after initially planning for a July opening.

The setup

The medical infusion center will treat over 50 conditions by administering medicine directly into a patient’s bloodstream through an IV. A range of medical and hydration infusions will be offered, including vitamins, antibiotics, biologics and insulin therapy for people with diabetes.

A team of registered nurses, advanced practice providers and medical assistants will administer the infusions. The center will accept most insurances and will not require a doctor's referral, Chief Operating Officer Roger Morgan said.

Also of note

Frontier Infusion Center opened its first location in Sugar Land in August and plans to open a center in Katy in March or April. In early January, the business expects to open in Austin at 6611 River Place Blvd, Ste. 305.
