Dr. Shalene Badhan, a rheumatologist and internal medicine specialist, opened FirstChoice Rheumatology in early March.

She has an expertise in autoimmune diseases, and treats a wide range of conditions, including rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, psoriasis, psoriatic arthritis, vasculitis, myositis, spondyloarthritis, interstitial lung disease, osteoporosis and gout.

Care includes onsite infusions, musculoskeletal ultrasounds and ultrasound-guided joint injections.
