The Williamson County Art Guild will host a grand opening for its new art gallery at 708 S. Rock St., Georgetown, on Oct. 6 from 5-7 p.m.

The WCAG Gallery will exhibit artwork from established and emerging Central Texas artists.

The gallery will also host a reception with light refreshments from 5-7 p.m. Oct. 19 during the Georgetown Autumn Art Stroll.

“There are future plans to offer low- to no-cost art classes and programs to the public out of the new WCAG Gallery,” 2023-24 WCAG board President Robin Lynn said in a news release. “In addition, member artists may rent the classroom space inside of the new gallery if they wish to teach a class and share their craft for a low rental rate.”
