Texas Traditions Roofing, a family-owned, commercial and residential roofing company serving Central Texas, announced that Marketing Director Jacklyn Milligan has been named as an ambassador with the Georgetown Chamber of Commerce in a release from May 31.

“As a company, we strongly believe in supporting our community and the other businesses that are operating here,” Milligan said in the release. “We have become very active in the Georgetown Chamber of Commerce, and it is an honor to be asked to be an ambassador for our community.”

As an ambassador, Milligan serves as a proactive networking arm for the chamber, supporting new and current members at events, on social media platforms and through pop-in campaigns.

According to the chamber, ambassadors are known for their reliability, positive attitude, skilled conversations and making strangers feel welcome.

“It’s our honor to have Jacklyn represent Texas Traditions Roofing and the Georgetown chamber in an ambassador role,” said Michael J. Pickel, president of Texas Traditions Roofing, in a release. “Her passion for volunteering and helping others will be a tremendous asset to the chamber, and her participation represents another way that we can give back to the community that has supported our business in so many ways.”
