Rentsch Brewery will celebrate its first anniversary at the end of August. The company is also expanding its 3,750-square-foot location to three times its size. The expansion will include a new taproom and biergarten as well as allowing the brewery to make 12 times the amount of beer.

“We are expanding because of demand. We cannot keep up at all with our beer production demand,” co-owner Andrew Rentschler said. “We have had overwhelming success in our local market and we just want to make more so more people can drink it.”

Production of canned beers and distribution across Central Texas will also become possible for the brewery, located at 2500 NE Inner Loop, after the expansion is complete, Rentschler said. 512-688-5046. www.rentschbrewery.com

RELOCATION— The Golf Ranch opened its new 8,000-square-foot store on July 7. The family-owned business has been open since 2010, but is now located at 610 N. Austin Ave. Ste. 120, Georgetown, in the former Albertsons. The golf store features a repair shop and a teaching facility for all ages as well as golf merchandise.
