Williams Drive Study
Thursday, March 9

Georgetown residents, business owners and civic leaders are welcome to join the Williams Drive project team this week on for an open house showing the conceptual designs for Williams Drive.

Feedback from previous meetings and design events has been conceptualized into a vision for Williams Drive. The recommended approaches will be presented and participants will have an opportunity to provide further input.

Fish Frydays
Friday, March 10
Brix and Ale at the Sheraton Georgetown Texas Hotel & Conference Center is hosting a weekly event that includes fish and chip specials every Friday until April 14. Guests are invited to enjoy a special beer battered cod and paprika seasoned chips entree for only $11 during lunch and $15 for dinner.

'Humor in Music'

The Williamson County Symphony Orchestra is hosting two family-friendly concerts that highlight the fun in classical and contemporary music in its performance of “Humor in Music” this weekend.

Hands on History

The museum will celebrating the transition into rattlesnake season in the area and participants will learn more about Taylor's annual rattlesnake round up by making paper snakes at this family event.

ABC Kite Festival
Sunday, March 12
Rescheduled from last weekend, the festival features food, vendors and the second annual MossFest concert. Competitions such as the most unusual kite contest and the inaugural Anteater Fun Run will take place. Proceeds benefit Communities In Schools of Central Texas as well as the Moss Pieratt Foundation.
