Gary Bergeron and Darryl Meadows, owners of Manhattan Pie Co., have two new projects in the works for diners.
In October the duo opened a full-service catering company called Fire and Ice Gourmet Catering.
The catering company offers waitstaff, dishes, food items and custom menus for events and parties.
"We thought that being primarily a pizza restaurant, people didnt consider us for catering as much," Meadows said. "I'm a classically trained chef, and we have other chefs working for us as well so we wanted to utilize that."
The catering company operates out of the pizza shops location at 3010 Williams Drive, Ste. 118.
Meadows said dishes will include blackened salmon, braised beef short ribs, or herb-crusted prime rib.
Pastry options and appetizers are also available.
The pair is also working on plans for a new pizza restaurant called Fire and Ice Pizza Bar, which Meadows expects to open in late January in Round Rock.
The restaurant, located at 2601 S. I-35, Ste. B300, will offer many of Manhattan Pie Co.s dishes as well as a full bar.
Meadows said that the decision to expand came as a result of the success of Manhattan Pie Co. in Georgetown.
