Contigo Austin will close Dec. 30 after 10 years in business, according to a Dec. 17 Instagram post.

“Ten years ago I wandered through a field past a small lake, across a street, and onto an empty lot in East Austin. A metal pole barn was situated in the corner, and a beautiful cedar elm tree was poking through the asphalt. I quickly showed it to my friend Andrew. This was the beginning of Contigo Austin," wrote its leadership team, Ben Edgerton, Andrew Wiseheart and Dana Curley, in the Instagram post.

The post thanked the Austin community for its support and encouraged supporters to come by for one more burger before it closes.

“It has been an incredible ride, and we are overwhelmingly thankful for the support we have received over the years,” the post continued.
