1. Wanderlust Wine Co. opened its second location in July at 702 Shady Lane, Austin, the former location of Infinite Monkey Theorem Urban Winery. 2. Austin Regional Clinic opened a new location in East Austin on July 6 to serve what it refers to as one of the fastest-growing parts of the city. The clinic, at 2785 E. 4. Affordable housing complex The Abali is set to open in September at 4603-4611 N. I-35, Austin. Of the complex’s 56 units, 51 are reserved for families making 30%-60% of the city’s median family income. 6. The LifeFamily church community will open its fifth location, LifeAustin Mueller, at 1504 E. 51st St., Austin, on Sept. 12. Randy and Denise Phillips will serve as the lead pastors. The building, formerly occupied by Promiseland Church, was handed over in 2018 and has since undergone renovations to become LifeAustin.
