What’s on the menu?
The ramen menu features smoked chicken shoyu ramen with mushrooms, scallions and nori, and spicy miso ramen with pork shoulder, Chinese leeks, habanero lime slaw, chili oil and butter.
Daikboku also serves an omakase-style ramen menu at the 10-seat ramen bar. The omakase includes five courses with two ramen offerings and three other seasonally inspired dishes.
The drink menu consists of Japanese whiskies, sake, beer and wine.

Daiboku is currently open from 5-10 p.m. daily, but will expand its hours and menu offerings as they build up staff.
Daiboku will begin offering its omakase menu June 16, and details on how to book the experience will be posted on their Instagram.
