Saddle Up will offer items to-go, as well as indoor and outdoor space where customers can eat and drink.
It will sell beer, wine and snacks, such as sandwiches, soft-serve ice cream and cured meats, including pastrami and bacon.
It will open Nov. 18, and the hours will be 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Thursday through Sunday. Saddle Up will share the property, located at 1309 Rosewood Ave., with Micklethwait Craft Meats and Taco Bronco.
