The Austin-based ice cream company will open a Cedar Park location in late spring or sooner, according to the company. The shop will be located in the 1890 Ranch shopping center where Gigi's Cupcakes was previously located.
The Cedar Park store will feature the ice cream maker's regular selection of flavors, including nondairy, alcoholic and vegan flavors. This location will also offer ice cream cakes, curbside pickup and online ordering for in-store pickup, said Aaron Clay, Amy's Ice Creams marketing director.
The store will also host school night events and offer flavors for nonprofits to support the Cedar Park community, Clay said.
Amy's Ice Creams opened in 1984 in Austin. The company has locations across Austin and in San Antonio and Houston. The new store will be at 1335 E. Whitestone Blvd., Ste. J200, Cedar Park.
