Early voting results from Travis and Williamson counties show incumbent Eric Boyce, a CEO, ahead in the May 4 election for Cedar Park City Council, Place 4.

Boyce leads with 57.71% of the vote, or 924 votes, over challenger Michael Endres, a police sergeant. Endres has received 42.29% of the vote, or 677 votes.

Elected at-large, city council candidates represent the entire city and all residents are able to vote in the election. Place 4 was the only contested Cedar Park election this year. Incumbents Jim Penniman-Morin, Mel Kirkland and Heather Jefts were the only candidates to file for mayor, Place 2 and Place 6, respectively.

Both Williamson and Travis county residents were able to cast early ballots from April 22-30. Early voting has declined in 2024, with less than 4% of registered voters in both Williamson and Travis counties voting early.
