The median price of homes sold declined year over year in April in most Cedar Park, Leander, Liberty Hill and far Northwest Austin ZIP codes, with the exception of ZIP code 78750, according to recently released data by the Austin Board of Realtors and Unlock MLS.

Cedar Park ZIP code 78613 saw the largest percentage decline at 14.55%, with median sales prices going from $550,000 in April 2023 to $470,000 in April 2024.

In April, more homes sold in the $300,000-$499,000 price range across the region; however, this wasn't the case in every area ZIP code.

Most area ZIP codes saw more homes sell this April compared to last, with sales increasing 50% or more year over year in ZIP codes 78613, 78726 and 78729.

Only Liberty Hill ZIP code 78642 saw a decrease in the number of homes sold year over year.

The homes that sold also sat on the market for fewer days on average in all area ZIP codes except for 78726.

Homes sold in ZIP code 78750 were on the market the fewest number of days, while homes in 78642 took the longest to sell.
