Dos Hermanos Cafe & Tex Mex will open in the former Gloria's Cafe & Bakery on Jan. 25.

The long-awaited eatery will feature breakfast, lunch and dinner options.

Breakfast items include:
  • Breakfast tacos and burritos
  • Build-your-own omelets
  • Mexican plates like chilaquiles, chorimigas, huevos divorciados, huevos rancheros and more
  • Steak and eggs
  • Pancakes and waffles
Lunch and dinner options include:
  • Taco and enchilada plates
  • House specialties, such as carne guisada, chile relleno, pechuga de pollo, creamy chicken ranchera and more
  • Chorizo burgers
  • Mexican tortas
  • American dishes, such as chicken-fried chicken or steak, chicken tenders, fish and chips, and more
Alcoholic drinks, such as margaritas, beers and cocktails, will be available, as well as nonalcoholic drinks like Manzanita Sol, Topo Chico and Mexican Coke.
