Opened by Tina Ciotti in Cedar Park in 2022, TFM offers a cafe, in-house event vignettes, gifts, catering and treats.
The backstory
After planning her daughter’s marshmallow-themed birthday party, Ciotti said she found herself questioning if marshmallows could be gooier while also being more flavorful and fun. She got to work experimenting with different recipes and, months later, found one she liked. A friend of Ciotti’s saw the confectionery creation and suggested she post it on Instagram.
“The rest is history,” Ciotti said.
What’s special about it?
The treats are all made in small batches daily from scratch.
Decorated like a Parisian coffee shop, The Pink Cafe features drinks such as the S’mores Iced Coffee topped with toasted marshmallow creme, candied graham crackers and chocolate drizzle; and the Fluffogato, a cup of toasted marshmallow creme topped with a double shot of hot espresso.
What else?
Ciotti and her team create decorated spaces customers are free to use for photos, with the option of booking privately. A holiday-themed vignette is available through Jan. 1, featuring soft pink colors with a fireplace and an 8-foot tree.
“We wanted to create a cozy holiday area that is begging to be captured in photos,” Ciotti said. “Whether you're a customer or an aspiring photographer, the whimsical setting will be the ultimate backdrop for creating unforgettable memories.”
What’s on the menu?
Through the end of the holiday season, Ciotti said TFM will offer its full holiday collection featuring marshmallow snowflake cocoa toppers, hot European chocolate with 2 pounds of chocolate in each batch, 12-piece holiday marshmallow boxes, candles and more.
“Our coffee and sweet treats are the perfect afternoon pick-me-up,” Ciotti said. “We have so much excitement for the holiday season, and we would love the opportunity to meet our Cedar Park neighbors and make them feel fancy,” Ciotti said.
