Little Nishi is closing its South Congress Avenue trailer and will open its first brick-and-mortar location named Nishi. The Japanese restaurant serves sashimi, hand rolls and appetizers such as miso soup and roasted chili edamame.
Stouthaus Coffee
The coffee shop is set to open its second brick-and-mortar location this fall. The shop serves a variety of coffee drinks and other beverages, including kombucha, iced tea, hot chocolate and hot tea. The business operates another South Austin brick-and-mortar location and a coffee trailer at Thicket Food Park.

The Vegan Yacht
The vegan restaurant closed its South Austin brick-and-mortar location and will reopen as a food trailer in East Austin in September. The eatery serves a variety of vegan food, including chips and queso, mac and cheese, burritos, bowls and cookies.
Worth the trip
COTALAND Theme Park
The theme park features over 30 experiences, including the first tilt roller coaster in Texas; mini golf; COTA Karting; a zip line; and the Hot Lap experience where guests can ride along on the Formula 1 track. The park also features several food and drink stands.
Southwest Airlines airport lounge
Southwest Airlines is opening its first airport lounges, including one at Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. The lounges are “designed to extend Southwest Hospitality into every step of your journey,” according to the website.
