The new restaurant will include indoor seating for about 45 diners, an outdoor patio and a double drive-thru, owner Patrick Terry said. The restaurant will open this fall and is located in the Market at Lake Creek at the northwest corner of US 183 and Lake Creek Parkway, Terry said.
“We’re excited to have a dining room in that part of town,” Terry said.
Terry and his wife, Kathy, own 13 other locations including one on MoPac near Parmer Lane, which includes an indoor dining area, and one on US 183 north of Duval Road, which is a drive-thru only location.
Location No. 13 will open this summer on I-35 near Hwy. 290 in the Capital Plaza center. Terry said he thinks because of the city’s growth they could open more locations in the city of Austin. He and his wife are also not ruling out locations in suburbs, such as Cedar Park, Pflugerville and Round Rock.
“We’re kind of in a wait-and-see mode,” he said. “We’re always on the lookout.”
