Prima Dora

With locations on South Congress Avenue and the Georgetown square, Prima Dora offers shoppers unique gifts, clothing and jewelry made by local artists. According to Prima Dora’s owner Alan Barnette, the Bastrop location will be called In the Sticks. The store will sell art from San Antonio and New Braunfels as well as California and New Orleans. The storefront will be located downtown in the 1908 Bank Building.

Found Fine Art

Found Fine Art will celebrate its grand opening with an open house from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Nov. 11. Many of the gallery’s artists will be in attendance. Locally inspired keepsakes and a variety of curated art supplies will be available at the gallery. Jamie Howard is the director of Found Fine Art and owns the business with her husband, Clint.

P. Terry's

The Austin-based burger stand P. Terry’s is coming to Bastrop. The company prides itself on health-conscious fast food. Baked cookies, banana bread and fresh-squeezed orange juice can also be found on the menu, alongside traditional burger options.
