Market data for the 78612 and 78602 ZIP codes show new listings and closed sales declined year over year, although homes under contract increased across the market.

Homes sold fell in both ZIP codes. In 78612, the number of homes sold saw a sharp decline—falling nearly 60%. A smaller decline, at about 12%, was seen in 78602.

Median home sales prices moved in different directions across the two ZIP codes, rising 4.27% in 78602 and falling 1.68% in 78612.

Average days on market also moved in different directions, increasing 35.38% in 78602 and decreasing 14.29% in 78612.

Across the market, nearly 62% of home sales fell within the $300,000-$499,999 range, while about 21% sold for less than $299,999.
