Bastrop residents looking to make a difference in their community will have the opportunity to support a citywide cleanup effort March 22.

Volunteers will gather to launch a series of improvement projects aimed at enhancing public spaces.

The citywide initiatives will focus on:
  • Constructing a new playground at Bob Bryant Park
  • Removing litter from Bob Bryant Park and Fisherman’s Park
  • Cleaning and repairing areas in the downtown district
