Harris County Precinct 4 is studying a project to extend Stuebner Airline Road from FM 2920 to the Grand Parkway as a new four-lane concrete pavement section with an improved drainage system. It is Precinct 4’s goal to submit the study report to the Commissioners Court in the third quarter of 2019, said Pamela Rocchi, director of Precinct 4’s capital improvements projects division.
