In four of the five Tomball- and Magnolia-area ZIP codes, the median home price increased. 77362 saw the largest percentage increase of 16.74%—going from $305,980 to $357,200.
In May, 61% of the homes sold in the Tomball and Magnolia area were priced between $250,000-$499,999.
