Tomball Regional Health Foundation celebrates opening of new building

The Tomball Regional Health Foundation celebrated the opening of its new administrative and learning center April 16 during an event that culminated with a ribbon-cutting ceremony in front of the new building.

“This is our gift to the community,” TRHF board Chair Tom Kikis said.

As previously reported by Community Impact, the new center includes:

• A learning center that can accommodate 120 people and be divided into multiple rooms
• A 1/3-mile walking loop with 8-foot-wide sidewalks
• A fishing pond, mobility exercise stations and birding areas

• “It is about the building, but it’s not,” TRHF CEO Jeffrey Klein said. “What it’s about is what’s inside the building.”
• “What this facility’s going to do for the community is amazing,” Paradigm Construction President Dustin Hall said.

TRHF supports community organizations and initiatives around Tomball, Magnolia, Waller and other surrounding communities, according to its website. Its service area spans 13 ZIP codes.
