During its Dec. 12 meeting, Magnolia City Council approved as part of the consent agenda—on which items are approved with one motion without discussion—three site plans for Lowe’s, Salad and Go, and Swig, which are all slated to open at the intersection of FM 1488 and Spur 149, according to the Dec. 12 agenda packet.

- Lowe’s is set to open in a 109,830-square-foot location that will include a 30,360-square-foot garden center at 4427 Magnolia Village Drive, Magnolia.
- Salad and Go will open in a 780-square-foot location at 13345 FM 1488, Magnolia.
- Swig will open in a 634-square-foot location at 13325 FM 1488, Magnolia.
