The existing FM 1774 lanes will serve as a frontage road. Right-turn lanes will be added on FM 1774 approaching FM 1488 in either direction, but traffic signals at the intersection of FM 1488 and FM 1774 will remain, according to design plans from the Texas Department of Transportation.
